A position has arisen for a full time, German speaking Service Operations Coordinator. This is a newly created position within a newly formed team for a globally recognised brand in Watford, Hertforshire.
The team has a major impact on customer satisfaction and it’s responsible for handling customer requests for support, spare parts orders and returns, assisting the dispatchers and taking care about Kodak Partners in Europe and Asia
You will work closely with different functions inside the company such as Logistics, Credit, Product Specialists, Country Managers and Field engineers, to dispatch customer and partner requests for support through the correct channels making possible for the technical teams to act on the requests in a timely manner.
You will be provided with extensive internal training, arming you with all the skill you require to manage this critical function of the business but you must be fluent, both written and spoken, in German.

Working hours are variable as this team work in shifts:
- 1 week: early shift 7am – 4pm
- 1 week: late shift 9am – 6pm
It would be highly advantageous if candidates had additional language skills in either Italian, Dutch, French, Spanish, Hebrew or Polish but this is not essential.
