An exciting position has arisen for a Global HR Manager to work for an internationally recognised Children’s Charity.
The position will involve overseeing the HR Payroll function, working on various global projects and being the main point of contact for the HRIS system.
The role will be largely remote with very occasional travel into Central London for key strategy meetings.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the HR Information System (HRIS) - Cezanne
- Develop and customize HRIS functionalities to align with organizational needs
- Create and maintain reports for HR data analysis
- Collaborate with the Senior Finance Manager to manage UK payroll
- Oversee payroll platforms and ensure accurate payslip management
- Lead change processes
- Develop and customize HRIS functionalities to align with organizational needs
- Create and maintain reports for HR data analysis
- Manage various global HR projects across regional offices
- Managing the full offboarding process and procedures
- Contribute to the development of opening and closing processes for Country offices
- Drive the globalization of HRIS and integrate HRIS with the payroll system
- Line manage and supervise the HR & Recruitment Administrator
Successful candidate profile:
- HR Generalist experience (at least 3 years)
- Experience of managing Payroll Processes
- Strong understanding of different HRIS systems
- Knowledge of benefits administration
- Experience managing various different HR projects
- Staff management experience
