Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative
A position has arisen for Grounds Maintenance Operative within a housing association in Leeds. This is a key role on a temporary ongoing contract
The successful candidate must have experience in Grounds Maintenance / Gardening
Your duties will include:
- Hard and soft scaping on communal areas
- Mowing lawns, strimming and hedging
- Fencing and basic paving
- Minor works on domestic properties
The successful candidate must have:
- Driving Licence as will be driving a van
- Experience of Grounds Maintenance
