Venn Group has been approached by a social housing provider in the Northeast to recruit for a Grounds Maintenance Operative on a temporary ongoing basis.

As the successful candidate you will have experience working as a Grounds Maintenance Operative 

Your duties will include:

• Carry out, mowing, strimming, hedging and leaf blowing
• Use ride on mowers as well as power tools  
• Ensure the site is clean and tidy and all work is completed to a high standard 
• Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• Full UK Driving licence (driving company van)
• Previous experience in gardening on domestic properties
• Experience using mowers, strimmers and leaf blowers
