Head Chef and Sous Chef Wanted!
Venn Group are supporting an organisation based in North London with the recruitment of multiple catering vacancies within the NHS.

Head Chef - Band 7
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchens and be able to manage, lead, motivate and develop the team
- Responsibilities will include menu planning, managing the financial KPI's enabling business success, purchasing, health and safety including food hygiene procedures, producing high quality plates; both design and taste wise
- You will have previous experience working as part of a fast paced, quality driven, culinary team, at Head Chef level, ideally within a reputable establishment and possess the necessary qualifications
- Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm
- £27-£30 per hour
Sous Chef - Band 6
- You will be expected to be able to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head chef, whilst always adhering to COSHH and EHO standards
- Responsibilities include helping with menu planning, managing the financial KPI's enabling business success, purchasing, health and safety including food hygiene procedures
- You will have previous experience working as part of a fast paced, quality driven, culinary team, at Sous Chef level, ideally within a reputable establishment and possess the necessary qualifications
- Thursday to Sunday, 9am-5pm weekdays then 7am-3pm on weekends
- £21-£24 per hour
