We are working with a Local Authority to recruit an experienced Interim Head of Customer and Digital to oversee resident-facing services, both face-to-face and digitally, and to lead the transformation of these services.
The Interim Head of Customer and Digital will hold overall responsibility for contact centre, registrars and other in-person facilities, and web presence. They must be digitally astute, politically aware and have extensive Local Government experience.
Position: Interim Head of Customer and Digital
Period: 6 months initial
Hours: Full time
IR35 Status: Inside
Rate: £600 Umbrella
There will be a hybrid working requirement with a minimum of 2 days onsite per week.
Essential Experience:
- Experience of customer operations and transformation
- 5 years’ experience working in Local Government
- Proven track record of improvement
