Venn Group are supporting a Berkshire based education Trust with the recruitment of Head of Facilities and Estates to support the estates and facilities team by assisting with a full range of capital projects across different sites, health and safety compliance and management of several teams.

•              Start Date: ASAP

•              Duration: 5 weeks+

•              Daily rate: £250 - £350 (DOE)

•              Location: Berkshire

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing site teams across 4 schools. The site teams are made up of site controllers and cleaners
• Managing and overseeing compliance in relation to facilities and estates
• Ensuring the school is compliant with emergency lighting, legionella testing etc
• Assisting with the operational day-to-day running of capital projects across the sites

The successful candidate will have:

• Enhanced DBS
• Driving license
• Capital Project experience/ project management
