Head of Family – Solicitor

A modern and progressive firm in the Buckinghamshire area are looking to recruit a highly experienced Family Lawyer to their firm to be head of the Family department.
The position consists of coming into the firm with the opportunity to expand, grow and excel the Family team using experience, expertise and guidance to the forthcoming expanding team.
You would be entrusted your own caseload of privately funded family work including divorces, finances, and private children matters.
The firm have a well-established reputation in the Buckinghamshire area with dedication to providing tailored and professional delivery of client care.
The salary on offer is dependable on experience, is negotiable and can be up towards the £60k mark for the right candidate.
The firm are offering a hybrid working arrangement after an initial settling in period as well as individual bonus opportunities based on positive performance reviews.
This role is best suited if you are a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with family experience, looking for a role where you are given the opportunity to grow and develop a team within a forward-thinking firm, with long term performance prospects.
