A leading College are looking for vibrant marketing and communications professional to provide inspirational leadership in the planning, development and implementation of marketing and communications campaigns and enablethe achievement of the college’s student recruitment targets
Responsibilities:
- To lead the Workforce Information Team - this includes line management HR functions
- Lead the development and implementation of wide-ranging, innovative and integrated marketing plans, campaigns and activities to support the college both strategically and operationally
- To develop, manage and implement a comprehensive external communications plan that aligns with the mission and strategic priorities of the college and strengthens the understanding of the College’s vision
- Manage all recruitment related social networking sites through strategic postings, management of content and community engagement
- Develop and implement the e-Marketing plan, ensuring integration with other marketing activities
- To advise College managers on all professional marketing and external communication matters
- Working closely with the Internal Communications Manager to align communications appropriately
- Advise on, develop and implement specific recruitment campaigns that support the achievement of College targets and priorities
- To advise on and support the development of Campus & other departmental marketing plans
- Develop relationships with external partners to raise awareness of the college and maintain a strong brand and identity
- To manage analytics, trends, data and enquiries to influence marketing activity to achieve our targets
- Manage the Student Recruitment team and work closely with admissions to maximise the conversion of enquiries into enrolments to meet our recruitment targets
Essential skills:
- Previous public sector marketing and communications experience held in a similar capacity
- Proven knowledge of Data Protection and GDPR
Desirable skills:
- Previous experience in the education sector
