Venn Group is currently working with an NHS Trust based in London, who are recruiting for a Head of People Analytics   

Rate: £42.90 per hour (Umbrella)
Location: London

Duration: 3 months

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead on the development and implementation of the People Analytics strategy based on the Trust and People Strategies, vision, and priorities
• Provide strategic input and direction to the senior leaders by translating complex data and trends
• Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and business partners across the Trust, to establish a continuous feedback loop and improvement cycle
• Line manage and develop plans and strategies for the People Analytics

• Oversee the creation of people analytics dashboard(s) aligned to HR and Trust strategies and priorities, ensuring that information provided should be insightful, relevant and actionable
• Responsible for developing improved performance data for services and clinical managers to be able to provide quality value for money services
• Responsible for leading the workforce information team in the maintenance, and operation of ESR

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience leading and developing a workforce information team and strategy
• Evidence of designing and developing dynamic workforce information dashboards
• Evidence of knowledge and understanding of complex workforce modelling and forecasting trends based on the available data
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions from qualitative and quantitative data from a wide range of sources
• Previous experience in implementation of HR strategy, change management, and measurement of performance against KPIs 

• Demonstratable leadership experience, including management of a team
