Job Opportunity – Head of Resourcing and Recruitment

Venn Group are currently working on a position with one of our highly regarded healthcare organisations to source a Head of Resourcing and Recruitment for the following assignment:

Head of Resourcing and Recruitment

Contract: 12 months+

Hours: 37.5 per week

Rate: £338.00 Umbrella

Your duties will include:

• Leading the resourcing and recruitment services in continuously developing and providing a high quality responsive customer focused service, ensuring the provision of specialist advice and support for all resourcing and recruitment related activity across the organisation
• Developing, implementing, and managing organisation-wide attraction and recruitment strategies, focusing primarily upon areas where there are staff shortages and recruitment difficulties, developing close relationships with hiring managers to forecasting recruitment requirements and develop pipelines of suitable clinical talent to meet staffing needs
• Developing and leading clinical resourcing and recruitment campaigns, which could include large scale national & international resourcing and recruitment, ensuring efficient and timely recruitment that enables the organisation to manage its vacancy levels so that safe and efficient care can be provided at all times
• Working with the Director and Deputy Director of People, managers and clinicians to forecast potential recruitment needs in light of predicted labour market trends and develop alternative methods of satisfying demand, which may include developing or re-designing new roles, developing internal succession planning and development strategies to meet changing needs and labour market predictions
• Contribute to the development of long term strategic plans related to recruitment initiatives linked to service changes and improvements
