Interim Requirement – Healthcare Integration Director – Ref: 70300

Full time, hybrid working.

Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Healthcare Integration Director on behalf of a reputable organisation in the East Midlands.

This is an interim contract, initially for three months, offering c. £460 - £490 pd via an umbrella company inside IR35.

Duties & Experience required will include:

• The Healthcare Integration Director will support the modernisation of services supporting key service reviews and developing appropriate strategies across the health and social care community systematically;
• The Healthcare Integration Director will develop effective strategy and operational policies for promoting the effective use of services across the East Midlands. Working closely with colleagues across the community ensuring coherent strategy and will:
  • drive the strategy for supporting alignment across the healthcare systems within communities;
  • drive reform and support organisational change and uptake of initiatives that support excellence;
  • engage with key strategic regional and national policy makers to inform development of strategy and policies for ambulance services;
  • identify examples of national and international best practice;
  • develop and champion new initiatives or projects as necessary, gaining Clinical champions as well.
