Salary:                                       £22.00 (Via Umbrella)

Day to day responsibilities include:

• Ensure housing management functions like voids, lettings, arrears, ASB, health and safety, and repairs are carried out to a high standard and on time.
• Complete all compliance checks like gas and legionella certifications by their due date.
• Facilitate contractor access to properties as needed.
• Maintain property inventories and replenish items.
• Prepare void properties to relet as quickly as possible.
• Report and respond appropriately to safeguarding, incidents and accidents.
• Review CCTV and maintenance work, reporting any quality issues.
• Assist with preparing court cases for tenancy breaches.
• Collect rents and service charges, addressing any arrears.
• Work with the Compliance and Maintenance Officer to ensure repairs are completed and properties maintained to a high standard.

Essential criteria include:

• Have a car and a valid UK driving licence
