Housing Officers required
Contract type: Temporary and Permanent
Working pattern: Full time and shift work
Location: Birmingham/Coventry/West Midlands
Rate of Pay: Dependent on experience
Venn Group are looking for Housing Officers to work for housing associations and local authorities across the West Midlands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assessing the needs of housing applicants
- Allocating void properties
- Property inspections to check state of repair
- Setting rents and deal with payments and arrears
- Dealing with anti social behaviour and tenancy agreements
- Prepare reports and attend tenants’ meetings
The successful candidate will have:
- Enhanced DBS (preferably on update service)
- Own transport
