Venn Group have been approached by a Support Organisation and would like to introduce the following positions available

Position:          Housing Service Manager

Location:         Manchester

Rate:                £23-26 p/hour Umbrella Rate

Length:            3 Months

Hours:              37.5 hours p/week (9-5 Mon-Fri)

The role will predominantly involve:

• Managing two 25+ bed services with clients at risk of homelessness and substance misuse
• Supporting the Area Manager in the implementation of the Housing strategy and policy involvement in business planning
• Monitoring and managing void levels and turnaround times trying to keep them to a minimum
• Support with the preparation of the annual budget projections in conjunction with the Finance function and operate within agreed budgets to meet financial targets
• Build links and relationships within each region and local authority areas with Housing Options and Homelessness Services and Regeneration departments

The successful candidate must have an Enhanced DBS and be available to start from next week
