HR Administrator immediately required
A fantastic administrative opportunity has arisen with our client, an established organisation within the NHS to join their friendly team. As a vibrant admin professional, you will be providing basic administrative support to the HR team as well as supporting the recruitment process.

Location: Somerset (mainly remote with occasional travel)
Contract Type: 6 months FTC
Hours: 28 hours per week
Salary: £10.25 PAYE
Responsibilities include:
- Respond to basic employee enquiries via phone, email, online and in person in a professional manner
- Help maintain department database (Cascade) and trackers
- Monitor shared email inboxes
- To help maintain the filing system for the department (both paper and electronic); whilst ensuring the security and confidentiality of all records
- To maintain accurate records of documentation, keeping it up to date and accessible
- Support the recruitment process including advertising vacancies, collating applications, attending interviews, supporting the HR Recruitment Administrators and HR Advisors with on-boarding paperwork including generating offers and contract paperwork and making occupational health referrals and DBS applications as directed
- Photocopying, scanning and collating of information
- Process incoming and outgoing post
- Arrange meetings as required
- Support at meetings by taking minutes as required
- Support with projects as assigned by the HR Advisors HR team managers
Essential Skills:
- Proven admin experience held in a similar capacity
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Previous experience working in the NHS would be advantageous
