Rate: £11.75 per hour
Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for a new contract role? Do you have excellent attention to detail and the drive to help with recruitment and general enquiries? If so, we could have a role for you.
Venn Group is excited to be working with a long-standing client in the area, in order to source the services of an HR Administrator for an ongoing temporary role, likely to last at least six months.
You’ll be responsible for handling a variety of actions, including:
- Monitoring all adverts, job descriptions and person specifications, ensuring all vacancies are using the correct templates
- Monitoring job plans
- Contacting applicants, sending out invitations to interview and handling pre-employment checks
- Sending offer letters to successful applicants
The ideal candidate will have recent experience of providing administrative support and will have an understanding of HR and employment issues. It will give you the opportunity to hone your skills in a friendly and close knit working environment, and could be an excellent step to a more senior role in future.
