An exciting position has arisen for a HR Administration to join a South London based College.
The post holder will provide effective administrative support for the Human Resources team. Support the HR Systems Officer on designated HR system tasks fully utilising the HR system, especially in relation to recruitment and absence monitoring.
Job responsibilities include:
- Posting adverts
- Liaising with managers to complete shortlisting
- Arranging interviews, and occasionally sitting on panels
- Sending out interview outcomes and feedback
- Liaising with recruitment agencies to source temporary staff
- Compiling weekly recruitment update reports for management meetings
- Working with rest of the HR team to ensure vetting / preemployment checks are completed for new starters
Successful candidate profile:
- HR Administration experience for more than a year in an organisation
- IT competency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Administrative experience – including writing standard letters, filing, keeping records, both electronically and manually.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures, and an understanding/appreciation of the impact of legislation on these processes.
