Venn Group are currently representing one of our valued healthcare clients, based in Bedfordshire, to source a diligent and driven individual for an exciting new interim assignment. This is a six month, full-time, temporary contract paying £11.81 per hour + holiday pay

The organisation in question has a hybrid working model and therefore the successful candidate will be required to work on-site in Bedfordshire one day per week, with the other four days working from home.

Your duties will include:

• Assisting with the management of key projects and participating in department events
• Inputting, monitoring and checking data, required for finite and ongoing projects within the teams
• Working with all team members in the collection of information for performance reporting on relevant team projects
• Acting as a point of contact for teams, dealing and responding effectively with complex queries from stakeholders and passing on relevant information to appropriate team members sensitively and autonomously
• Collecting and collating HR related information for the team
• Preparing agendas, taking minutes and distributing notes of meetings including typing up of group discussions as necessary
• Providing support in the planning of recruitment to the team
• Sorting and prioritising all incoming mail and emails, distributing as appropriate
• Managing the electronic diaries, including arranging and changing appointments, prioritising these as appropriate
• Supporting the management of the shared inbox, responding to queries and flagging urgent matters as appropriate

The successful candidate should have:

• Experience with MS Office packages (including Teams)
• Experience of providing administrative support
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven track record in a fast-paced office environment
