**New Opportunity – HR Administrator**
Venn Group are working with one of London’s leading social housing providers, who are looking to recruit an HR Administrator to start as soon as possible.
The successful HR Administrator will be joining a dynamic and growing organisation, and will have the ability to execute HR Administrator responsibilities to a high standard.
Title: HR Administrator
Location: Central London
Salary: £28,000
Hours: Full time
Contract : 12 month FTC
Duties:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and provide administrative support to Payroll, HR and Managers as well as employees
- Act as the first point of contact for general staff queries by monitoring the shared HR inbox and responding efficiently to queries
- Deliver compensation and benefit comparison reports
Essential Skills:
- Must have housing association experience
- Must have knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to cope with conflicting demands, prioritise duties and work effectively under pressure while always remaining calm and professional
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience in a HR role
- CIPD L3 upwards
- Knowledge of employment legislation
- Ability to logically analyse situations and provide practical and acceptable solutions
