12-month contract
£12.99 per hr PAYE / £16.55 Umbrella
Hybrid – On Site 3 days (can be based in: Bristol, Plymouth, Portsmouth, Glasgow)

Our client, a global organisation, urgently require a HR Administrator to undertake a fixed term contract.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in HR/ Payroll
- Confident experience of using SAP, Word, Excel
- Previous experience working with an HR MIS
- CIPD qualifications are a bonus not essential
The role:
- Delivery of transactional HR activities using SuccessFactors (HR database) and SAP including but not limited to
- Processing changes to employee records and terms and conditions
- Ensuring payroll advised if necessary
- Process employee and employer SF workflow approvals
- Responsible for the accurate and timely reporting to Payroll in accordance with published deadlines
- Assist with the investigation and resolution of pay queries
- Respond to Pension Administrator enquiries relating to current and former employee
- Support the wider HRBP and ER Teams as and when required
- Provide correct and timely advice to managers and employees acting as the front line for queries on subjects such as payroll
- Maintain personnel files and administration of documentation within the HR department, in accordance with legislation and data assurance frameworks
- Ensure Company health, safety and environmental procedures are always implemented and complied with
