Venn Group are currently recruiting for two HR Advisors on behalf of an Education Group in Cambridgeshire. One role is being offered, full time on a 12-month fixed term contract and the other is a full time permanent role.
Working as part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for leading, advising and supporting on all HR activities falling within designated areas.
Responsibilities:
- Build a strong relationship with managers to support the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Advise and support managers with absence management cases, leading on process, Occupational Health referrals and written accounts of reviews
- Coordinate the recruitment, selection, induction and probation processes and supporting managers to ensure these are followed
- Advise and support managers with any investigations, disciplinaries and grievances
To be considered for the position, you will have experience of providing professional advice and guidance to managers and staff across the full range of HR issues. You will also possess knowledge and skills in developing HR policies and procedures.
