Job description: A well-established organisation in the North East is currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their team on an permanent basis. This is a hybrid role with requirement to be on site in Lincolnshire a minimum of four days per week. Travel between sites is required with this role.

This is an exciting opportunity where the successful candidate will be able to add-value in a transformative and worthwhile organisation.

The successful candidate will be:

• Providing practical support and advice on a range of HR related issues
• Assisting with recruitment and inductions as appropriate
• Undertake training when appropriate
• Provide high quality advice to line managers and employees on a broad range of HR processes
• Advising managers on appropriate policies and procedures
• Following through with sickness compliance

It is essential that candidates applying for this role have a CIPD qualification or be working towards one and have a valid drivers licence and vehicle. An ideal candidate will have experience with up to date HR policy and procedures.
