Interim HR Advisor
Venn Group are currently partnered with a large healthcare organisation in the Greater Manchester area who urgently require an interim fulltime HR Advisor.
The key role responsibilities are:
- The main purpose of this post is to support the HR Advisory team to provide specialist advice and guidance on all employment matters relating to all staff and the provision of a high quality proactive and efficient HR service
- They will be able to support advice and guidance on organisational change, TUPE, generalist HR issues, including on Agenda for Change terms and conditions, sickness absence, disciplinary, grievance, recruitment and selection and training etc.
- They will also be expected to participate in the preparation and delivery of HR related training, and to advise on the application of policies and procedures and employment legislation including participation in the development of policies and procedures
NHS experience would be beneficial due to the nature of the post.
Please note that this role requires on-site working in Greater Manchester, and you would be contracted until March 2024.
