Interim HR Advisor
Venn Group are currently partnered with a large healthcare organization in the Merseyside area who urgently require a temporary HR Advisor to work on-site and remotely, on a 2 month basis initially.
The key role responsibilities are:

Providing a proactive, customer focused, professional HR advisory service to managers across the organisation

Managing employee relations and absence management caseloads

Providing guidance and support to ensure absence management procedures are appropriately followed

Advising managers on employment matters which may be sensitive in nature and require analysis

Providing effective advice and guidance to managers with disciplinary, grievance, dignity at work cases

Communicating sensitive and complex issues effectively using tact and diplomacy
Please note that this role requires a mix of on-site working and working remotely
with some flexibility to be pre-agreed with the organization.
