Temporary HR Advisor
Venn Group are currently assisting a large healthcare organization in the Merseyside area with a piece of recruitment for an interim HR Advisor, for an initial period of 3 months. The post holder will be required to work on-site, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours, and will be assisting with the following:

Acting as the first point of contact for staff and managers for HR advice and guidance on the interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures

Advising staff and managers on Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions of Service

Providing advice and support to managers on all aspects of employee relations and operation of HR policies and procedures

Managing both routine and complex sickness absence cases, maintaining a robust sickness absence monitoring system and supporting and advising managers to ensure a supporting and consistent approach is taken

Attending absence management meetings and ensuring that Organisational standards are achieved and maintained
Please note it is essential to have previous experience providing advice to Managers regarding ER and policies/procedures, and a background in healthcare would be beneficial to your application.
