HR & Examinations Administrator

Venn Group is currently assisting a School who are looking for an Administrator to join their collaborative team of 5 Administrators, reporting directly to the School Business Manager.
- Support managers and team leaders on all recruitment matters
- Monitor employee records including, maternity, paternity requests and absence and sickness and regular reports to the senior management team
- Manage HR personnel files, keeping them up to date keep record of all relevant checks for new staff
- Maintain an update job descriptions for all positions and assist with recruitment
- Entering pupils details for BTEC courses
- To produce and distribute to staff an annual calendar for exams and related deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Competent user to MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Confident communicator, both verbal & written
- Previous administration experience
