Daily rate: £284 - £408 (Via umbrella)

Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Associate Director role for our client, who are a prestigious NHS organisation in the South West

Duties will include:

• To provide hands on, operational, leading for the implementation of OD and workplace improvement initiatives.
• To coach line managers in the process of implementing change and support those involved in and affected by it
• To review, assess, and report on established workforce management practices to ensure they continue to support efficient operational delivery.
• Develop and evaluate an effective and deliverable workforce plan that fully supports the delivery of workforce and OD objectives including the GMS Strategic and Business Plan, Workforce Strategy and GMS Workforce Action Plan.
• Ensure policies and procedures for the effective management of performance and absence are in place and communicated
• Provide expert advice, guidance and support in the management of employment relations issues, particularly those of a complex and sensitive nature.
• To ensure that key workforce risks are identified, and action plans are development and delivered to mitigate and address these. 

Essential Requirements:

• CIPD level 7

Desirable Requirements:

• Previous NHS experience/knowledge of NHS systems
