Venn Group is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on behalf of a large NHS Trust in the Warwickshire area.
This role is initially a 3 month contract which sits within Band 8A and will be paid on a daily rate.
This role will be based in the Coventry site.
Duties will include:
- Handling a large caseload of Employee Relations work to include disciplinaries and grievances
- Monitoring, evaluating and ensuring effective Employee Relations practices
- Coach, mentor and support Managers and Senior Managers with the resolution of complex employee relation issues such as capability, disciplinary, grievances, and settlement agreements
Key requirements:
- You will be a CIPD Level 7 qualified
- You will have experience managing high volumes of ER casework
- Experience working within the NHS is desirable but wider Public Sector experience will be considered
