A nationally recognised Educational Charity are looking for a HR Business Partner to provide strategic support, complex case management and play a key role in the Organisations People Strategy. The postholder will be a key point of contact for strategic advice across the organisation.
Your duties will include:
- Developing and implementing division level HR strategies and initiatives that align with overall strategy
- Provide advice and support to directors on organisational design and workforce planning
- Provide informed, relevant and up to date HR advice to directors on all aspects of people management including through periods of change
- Support line manager capability, providing line management coaching in complex or performance related cases
- Implement the talent mapping process including succession planning, identifying key development needs
- Contribute to resource planning, aligned with financial and budget planning
- Oversee implementation of staff surveys in their divisions, and work with the leadership team to define action plans in response to feedback
- Proactively alert the Head of HR to issues that require attention
- Ensure the salary and benefits framework is consistently deployed
The successful candidate MUST HAVE:
- At least level 5 CIPD qualification
- Strong HR Business Partnering experience
- Strong Employee Relations experience
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
