HR Change & Transformation – Senior Business Analyst – Multiple Positions – Banking – Contracts
Venn Group are working on a range of daily rate contract opportunities within Financial Services firms in London to develop their HR Change and Transformation Programmes.
We are recruiting for multiple positions in the following areas, and are looking to speak with Senior Business Analysts and HR Change and Transformation personnel who have applicable experience to the below:
HR Contact Centre Manager/Business Analyst
- Analyse business requirements pertaining to the establishment of new contact centre(s) internationally
- Develop a clear set of Business Requirement Documentation (BRDs) to distribute information within internal departments clearly and concisely
- Outline the target roadmap of the project to advance the cohesion between the bank’s head office and the new contact centre
- Manage the integration and upgrade of various HR Technologies
- Contribute toward effective Target Operating Model design
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements, agree deadlines, project outcomes, and accountabilities of staff
- Identify appropriate regulatory policy specific to the Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SMCR/SM&CR), ensuring the adoption of policies within the contact centre
SAP SuccessFactors Platform Analyst
- Support the advancement and use of the SAP SuccessFactors platform within the bank and throughout its regional offices internationally
- Assume ownership for coordinating the platform testing, changes, upgrades, and development; feeding back any potential issues and mitigating risks
- Manage change requests specific to departments
- Collate and analyse HR metrics
- Instil a robust governance framework around incident management and reporting, improving the efficacy and efficiency of the system’s use
- Establish and maintain relationships across a range of departments, jurisdictions, and levels of seniority, both internally and externally with third party vendors
- Work within the HR departments to improve their data strategy across various HR programmes
- Monitor Core HR Systems (Oracle)
HR Data Migration Business Analyst
- Conduct workflow reviews on existing processes, making recommendations of improvements on the impact to employee engagement
- Utilising findings from data gathering to facilitate the creation of a plan to decommission legacy systems in use within the HR department, planning for the implementation of upgrades
- Analyse and collect data on the most appropriate employee engagement tools, working to create a project plan to tailor the bank’s resources and intranet to provide more valid materials and internal information
- Process improve the storage and creation of internal documentation, accounting for accessibility, data protection, and data lineage
- Manage all aspects of data analysis, including data lineage mapping, data collection, data migration, application decommissioning and upgrading
- Perform routine Business Analysis on the progression of projects, documenting processes, successes, potential risks, and BRDs
