HR Data Entry Specialist
Our client is looking for a HR Data Entry Specialist to come on board for a 9-month contract.
Client Location: Remote working
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Length of Contract: up to 9 Months
Hourly Rate: Up to £18 via Umbrella Company
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Responsible for comparing data files in Excel
- Collating and organising HR data reports
- Maintain a detailed and organised HR storage system
- Establish data entry standards by updating HR systems
- Addressing data inconsistencies by working with reporting staff to locate missing data
- Read and review internal audit reports
- Review, amend and HR Data Reports
Essential Criteria:
- Intermediate to advanced Excel Skills - Proficient with vlookups, pivot tables, data manipulation and comparison functions
Desirable Criteria:
- CIPD Level 5
