HR Generalist

Venn Group is currently working with a large acute trust who are looking for a HR Generalist. This role would be working within the complex services, providing dedicated support to upskill managers.
Location: Remote with travel to the office occassionally
Duration: 6 months
Job responsibilities:

Embed HR and Employee Relation practices, pulling together plans / actions for training and recruitment

Link in with the HR Business Partners and the wider corporate HR teams including Employee Relations and Recruitment etc as appropriate

Provide managers dedicated support and ensure capability, accountability and confidence in HR delivery
Essential Skills:
-
Proven experience as a HR Generalist

Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

Good knowledge of employment laws and employee relations
-
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
-
Excellent communication and people skills

Aptitude in problem-solving
