Interim HR Manager – Workforce Transformation Immediately Required
Our client, a well-respected NHS organisation in the Southwest, is looking for an interim HR Workforce Transformation to come on board on a substantial temporary contract for 2-year period.

Location: Bournemouth (hybrid)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: 2 years
Daily Rate: £190.28 - £201.15 via Umbrella (DOE)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and workforce plans, to support the hospitals transformational change programme
- Providing HR policy and legislative guidance and advice to managers and staff on all issues relating to people
- Negotiating and consulting with staff and staff side representatives on new roles, working patterns and terms and conditions
- Work with the Care Group/Directorate team to develop and support the achievement of the transformational/workforce plans through the identification of workforce requirements, and gaps in terms of numbers and skills and the relevant strategies to bridge such gaps
- Work with the Care Group/Directorate team on the design, development, planning and implementation of organisational change
- Support and advise on people issues and the employment law aspect of any changes in order to minimise the risks to the Care Group/Directorate in both the short and long term
- Support initiatives on new ways of working/role redesign that meet evolving models of care and ensuring that staff are fully engaged in the organisational change process
- Provide expert HR advice and leadership on highly complex and sensitive operational issues including TUPE, external secondments, displacements, limited competition, ‘slotting-in’, redeployment, down-grading and pay protection, redundancy, ensuring that technical, legal issues and risks to the Trust are fully considered
Essential Skills:
- CIPD Qualified or Equivalent
- Senior Management Experience
- Highly specialist HR practical knowledge gained by experience and/or further training
