HR Administrator

A position has arisen for a HR Administrator to work for a small Charity based in Central London.
Salary: 6 months temporary to permanent (27k)
Job Role entails:
- Providing support to ensure the accuracy of employee records, transactional changes, payroll processing and management information reporting in areas such as new hires, job changes, leavers, sickness absence, annual leave
- Acting as a first point of contact for queries regarding employee terms and conditions of employment, providing accurate information by email and phone, and referring to other members of the team as necessary
- Preparing and issue documentation to employees to confirm terms and conditions of employment following transactional changes
- Checking new hire records against available documentation and provide support to the recruitment process as required
- Ensuring appropriate filing of employee documentation, whether as hard or soft copy.
- Running reports to validate the HR data held in the HR system and respond promptly to any concerns
- Attending and minute ER meetings as required
- Carrying out system administration on IRIS Cascade
The successful candidate MUST HAVE:
- HR Administration experience
- Experience working in a small Charitable organisation
- Knowledge of Cascade (IRIS) (Desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
