HR Project Advisor
We are currently working with a very well-known not-for-profit organisation in Central London to recruit for an exciting new HR Project Advisor Position
The successful post holder will aid in shaping the organisations busy HR Department by implementing a number of key HR projects
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for an opportunity to use their HR experience to turn strategy into action
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the HR team on a range of project related matters
- Contribute to the creation of an EDIB strategy for staff and volunteers
- Streamline the organisations recruitment process by implementing a new applicant tracking system
- Review and manage the updating of relevant HR policies and procedures
- Work alongside the Learning and Development Manager and Deputy Head of HR to review and improve the quality of the onboarding process
- Review the Abbey’s people data and the platforms where this data is held
Person Specification:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise work efficiently to meet deadlines
- Strong project management skills and proven ability to work both independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain speed and accuracy when dealing with high volumes of detail
- Good IT skills in relation to HR and ATS systems
- Very good communication skills sufficient to respond to varied queries verbally and in writing in a clearly understood way
- Good understanding and application of general HR policies and procedures
Daily Rate: £150-180 inclusive of Holiday Pay
Contract Type: 6-month contract
Working Days: 4 days per week
