HR Recruitment Assistant
Our client, a well-respected public sector organisation in Dorset, is looking for a HR Recruitment Assistant to come on board on a temporary basis.

Location: Dorset
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Length of Contract: 3 – 6 months
Hourly Rate: £13.02 via umbrellacompany
Day to Day Duties:
- Providing a wide range of administrative services including taking notes, diary/travel arrangements, word processing and document preparation
- Creating, inputting and interrogating data as well as maintaining data systems to uphold integrity and safeguard data
- Support HR Advisors and Business Partners on a wide range of HR issues
- Recording changes, identifying gaps and resolving issues in the department
- Support recruitment and induction tasks including posting job adverts, setting up interviews, shortlisting candidates, promotion processes and attending interviews
Essential Skills:
- Strong administration experience
- Advanced MS Office skills including excel
- Experience managing data
- 4 GCSE (or equivalent) passes grade C and above including English and Maths
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
Desirable Skills:
- HR experience
