HR Recruitment Officer
An exciting role has arisen for a HR Recruitment Officer to join an established Membership Body that plays a pivotal role in the healthcare sector. The postholder will provide a comprehensive, high quality and efficient recruitment and human resources administrative service to the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR department.
Your duties will include:
- Liaising with internal line managers to complete shortlisting
- Arranging interviews, and occasionally sitting on panels
- Sending out interview outcomes and feedback
- Liaising with recruitment agencies to source temporary staff
- Compiling weekly recruitment update reports for management meetings
- Working with rest of the HR team to ensure vetting / preemployment checks are completed for new starters
- To make verbal and written job offers
- Posting adverts to a good standard
- First point of contact for handling HR administrative enquiries
- Assist with the offboarding process of employees
- Prepare various HR documents, including probation and employment offer letters
- Responsible for maintaining and updating staff training records
- Minute taking in HR meetings
- Providing all round general HR administrative support
The successful candidate MUST HAVE:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar HR Administration role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of Microsoft Office
