HR Technology Delivery Manager
Location: London
Length of contract: 6 months
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
A Central Government organisation is seeking an experienced HR Technology Delivery Manager with strong functional knowledge of Oracle.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality solutions across the HR technology landscape with focus on Oracle E-Business Suite HR Modules (OLM, Payroll, Workforce Management & Business Intelligence)
- Work closely with outsourced service providers and developers
- Engage with a range of internal stakeholders in the management and delivery of change
- Support in the creation and development of HR master data management and data quality best practices
- Build solutions that are in line with data and technology strategies
- Support the cross training of other members of the team
Key Requirements
- Experience with Oracle HR
- Strong knowledge of HR data structures
- Robust experience of designing and building interfaces
- Experience of complex transformation and mappings
- Experience of working with Implementation methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- Experience in using review and writing documentation (MD50s)
- Data Quality and Master Data Management Experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience
