In-House Commercial Lawyer (Remote)
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a forward thinking public sector organisation who seeks to welcome an experienced Commercial Lawyer on a remote basis.
Opportunity
This opportunity is with a public sector authority who have offices spread across the Cambridgeshire region with an aim to provide amicable solutions for those within their region. This is a permanent position and is offered on a fully remote basis.
As an In-House Commercial Lawyer you would deliver legal advice on non-contentious commercial, contract and public procurement matters. Additionally, you will provide advice in relation to transport law as required and support the development of climate change priorities as applicable.
You would be entrusted your own caseload which would typically include NDA’s, Framework Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Services Agreements and Grant Funding Agreements.
Benefits
Salary banding of £60,000 to £73,000 per annum

Experience handling commercial and contractual matters
Public sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential
