Part Time, 12 Month FTC, Homeworking
Award winning financial services organisation seeks experienced Litigator to cover maternity leave. This is a part-time, fixed term contract position which offers home working and flexible working patterns.
You will handle a variety of disputes and defend claims in line with the organisations risk appetite. Whilst you will resolve most disputes using your own initiative, you will also liaise with legal experts internally and externally on complex matters. In addition to handling disputes, you will also play a key role in identifying risks and suggesting steps to mitigate them.
The role requires a solid grounding in the litigation process as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You will have strong drafting, research, negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to credibly advise on legal issues.
This is a part-time position, which is envisioned to be either three or four days a week. There is scope to change this and alternate working patterns will be considered. Interested parties are invited to discuss their requirements upon application.
The position allows for home working and the full time equivalent salary is £39,000 per annum.
