Venn Group would like to introduce the following positions available in Rochdale

Position:          Income Advisor    

Location:         Rochdale  

Rate:               Negotiable dependant on experience  

Hours:             24 hours & 36.25 hour p/week – various shift patterns between 8am – 7pm

Length:            6-9 months

The role will predominantly involve:

• Contact centre based work, answering rent calls and assisting with admin tasks
• Full time role will focus on Former Tenancy Debt collection & collection of chargeable debt
• Manage inbound and outbound calls for rents & payments team
• Maximise the housing association’s rental income
• Deal with all customer contacts in a professional and prompt manner
• Deliver excellent customer experience

The successful candidate must have knowledge of Income management within social housing have experience of working in this type of role previously.
