Temporary Income Assistant
Venn Group have been approached by a public sector organisation to recruit for an Income Assistant. The position is a 4 week contract working from home.
Your duties will include:
- Providing financial and administrative support
- Manage customer rent arrears
- Ensure all income due to department is requested, collected, monitored and maintained
- Liaise with relevant internal and external departments
- Monitor contractual income into the department
- Ensure all payments are made accurately
- Respond to customer queries
- Raise invoices and process over / under payments
