Hourly Rate: £13.22 via umbrella (equiv. £12.18 PAYE inc. hols)
Venn Group are currently working with an NHS organisation in Bath, who are seeking an Administrator to provide temporary support for a minimum of 2 months.
This is a full-time role and based fully on-site.
You will be responsible for providing Administrative support to the Corporate IT department including but not limited to:
Day to Day Duties:
- Provide an efficient administration service and support the Informatics Training and wider HIS teams (Health Informatics Service)
- Monitor the electronic patient record (EPR) information request queue to ensure expired requests are closed down
- Provide minutes for board level meetings for HIS
- Prepare and issue agendas and papers for meetings
- Manage multiple diaries for the Chief Information Officer, IT training team, and senior management team
The successful candidate will have demonstrable administrative experience, and experience taking minutes and actions.
