Venn Group are currently recruiting for an Interim Head of Housing Repairs to work on a contract in Tamworth and surrounding areas. This exciting opportunity is looking for candidates who has previous experience managing a housing repairs contract in a local authority environment.
The successful Interim Head of Housing Repairs candidates will be responsible for:
- Oversee day to day operations of service
- Assist with contractors on implementing a service improvement plan
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience working as a Head of Repairs for a local authority and or housing association
