Interim HR Business Partner (Integration Programme)

Rate: £30 – 33 per hour (via umbrella)

Venn Group is currently recruiting for an interim HR Business Partner to join our NHS client in the South-West and facilitate a transformation and integration project following a merger.
Duties will include:
- Act the HR Lead for an integration and transformation project following the merger of two NHS organisations’ and oversee the merger of services and functions
- Liaise with Senior Stakeholders and members of staff across the organisation regarding the merger
- Help design the new structures and liaise with Heads of Departments, Trade Unions and staff regarding the new set up
- To provide professional advice and support to managers on the merger and varying outcomes
- Resolving HR matters in accordance with the organisation’s policies and procedures, ensuring that they are fairly and consistently applied, and that best practice is maintained
Essential Requirements:
- NHS experience
- Experience guiding organisations through transformation and integration programmes
- Demonstrable experience operating at HR Business Partner level
- CIPD level 7 or qualified by experience
