International Patient Co-Ordinator

A leading private healthcare provider in London, is seeking a compassionate and professional Arabic Speaking Patient Support Co-ordinator to join their International team on a contract basis.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality translation, interpretation, and patient support services for Arabic-speaking patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their care journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver face-to-face translation and interpretation services for Arabic-speaking patients.
• Assist patients and families with registration, orientation, and understanding procedures.
• Liaise with clinical and non-clinical teams to resolve queries, coordinate care, and manage documentation.
• Conduct daily inpatient visits, addressing patient needs and concerns.
• Support international patients with local information, concierge services, and general assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions.

Requirements

• Availability to immediately start a new role
• Fluency in Arabic (written and verbal)
• Minimum of 2 years interpreting experience, ideally in a medical environment 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and IT skills.
• Strong cultural awareness and a proactive approach to patient service.
