IT Manager
Venn Group are currently partnered with a public sector organisation in manchester who urgently require a temporary IT Manager to work on a hybrid basis for 4-5 months.
The experience needed for this role are:
- Delegating roles and responsibilities within the team
- Utilising our ticketing system to manage and prioritise workload
- Set up and maintain AV equipment, including projectors and other equipment
- Oversee stock equipment and utilise unused hardware
- Handle stakeholder engagement, ensuring that all involved parties are informed and up-to-date on project progress
- Manage and train team members and apprentices
- Work alongside the Digital PM to handle 1st and 2nd line support, with the PM handling 3rd line support
- Be hands-on in all operational tasks, as needed
- Develop and implement bespoke systems as needed
- Cover for the Digital PM when needed
Please note that this role requires predominantly on-site working full-time with some flexibility to be pre-agreed with the organisation.
