We are excited to partner with a top London University, looking for a Network Infrastructure Lead to supervise the Network Managed Service providers and participate in the delivery of a helpful, responsive and courteous service to University staff.
As the Network Infrastructure Team Lead you will be responsible for leading, managing and developing the Network Team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and develop the Network team in accordance with the Universities policies and procedures.
- Manage the Network Managed Service providers and attend weekly/monthly and quarterly service review meetings.
- Contribute to the delivery of Network Infrastructure services in accordance to industry best practice
Requirements:
- Strong technical experience within Network Engineering
- Experience managing a Network team of 3+
- Good communication and supplier management skills
