IT Support Coordinator

Venn Group are currently working alongside an established School who are looking to bring on an IT Support Coordinator to join their team. As part of an enthusiastic and friendly team of ten, you will be responsible for providing high quality IT support services to staff and pupils within a busy service desk environment.
Location: Surrey
Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience
Duration: Permanent
Main Duties:

Act as the main contact for fault reporting at the School, diagnosing and resolving IT issues where possible

Repair computer and peripheral equipment, or remove for repair if appropriate

Test and install software, providing user training where appropriate

Initiate additional support from team members or other 3rd parties and brief them as necessary

Undertake aspects of user network management within the server environment

Monitor the electronic ServiceDesk and respond to requests in line with departmental priorities

Maintain the hardware and software audits; order consumables and other equipment

Arrange routine maintenance to hardware and software

Set up and maintain the computer laboratories and IT Department offices

Perform any other reasonable duties specified by the Head of IT Services from time to time
Experience in the following skills are beneficial but not essential:
